UK: Flat rate postage is £3.50 for all UK orders, meaning that no matter how much you order you won’t pay any more than that. Free shipping on all UK orders over £70.00 will automatically be applied. We use Royal Mail 1st Class as standard for all flat rate orders. In addition to this, we also offer a 48hr courier service. We will choose the provider that is best suited to your order, with the fastest speed of delivery. If you are local to the shop, you can also take advantage of our ‘Click & Collect’ service, which is free to use – we will just require you to collect your order. We will email you when your items are ready to pick up in-store.
Europe, USA & Canada: We offer a flat rate of £14.50 shipping, no matter how much you order. We will choose the provider that is best suited to your order, with the fastest speed of delivery. Please not that import tax charges might apply to your order on receipt. This cost falls on you, should you be charged, and it is not something we can be held responsible for.
Rest of the World: We offer a flat rate of £16.50 shipping, no matter how much you order. We will choose the provider that is best suited to your order, with the fastest speed of delivery. Please not that import tax charges might apply to your order on receipt. This cost falls on you, should you be charged, and it is not something we can be held responsible for.
Although almost all our items are available to send out immediately, please check full descriptions of listings, as some handmade items may be made or order. In which case you need to allow 3-5 working days before dispatch. If you need an item faster than that, please contact us before purchasing.
We retain all proof of postage which is available upon request for all parcels. If you have not received your item within a reasonable timeframe please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
If your delivery person or courier was unable to deliver to you, and you fail to collect your item within the required time, it will be returned to us. The parcel can only be re-dispatched once additional delivery costs have been paid for by yourself. Please contact us to arrange this.
Please note that during busy periods there may be a slight delay in the postal service. Last post for Christmas falls on 21st of December. Last orders for Royal Mail 1st class service is by 12 noon on the 21st of December. We will always endeavour to get your parcels out to you as fast as we can.
We accept returns for a refund or exchange on any items, excluding pierced jewellery, date sensitive articles such as magazines, any underwear and all sale items.
To return an item simply post the item back to us within 14 days (UK) of receipt of goods. Please include a note with your name, address and order number. You can use any packaging, it does not have to be the original packaging. Our address can be found here.
All returned items will be thoroughly checked and must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition in which they were sold with all tags still attached. Do not remove tags before trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have had the tags cut off or re-attached. Any item’s received not in their original condition will not be credited, and will be returned to sender.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received after the stated return time period or if the item is not in its original condition. Please note that our all our vintage items are pre-loved so may show signs of age. In all circumstances we have attempted to best describe the condition of our vintage items within the item description. Any items returned for faults that are clearly stated within the item description will not be refunded. We maintain detailed photos of all our vintage items and inspect each item carefully.
All items must be posted back Recorded Delivery. We hold no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund. Please note that returns can take up to 5 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once the refund has been completed.
Please note that in all cases delivery charges will not be refunded unless the order was cancelled by us, or the item is faulty, in which case you will receive a full refund.
