DELIVERY

WE CURRENTLY OFFER UK AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

ALL ITEMS ARE ORDERED TO UK ADDRESSES ARE CHARGED AT £2.50 per item, for up to 2 items, any additional items go free, so you’ll never pay more than £5, no matter how many items you order. All items worth £20 or more will be sent 1st class ‘signed for’. Any queries, or if would like to arrange special delivery, get in touch.

Once the item has left our hands we can take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your item(s) goes missing, we are unable to offer a refund. We retain all proof of postage which is available upon request.

DELIVERY WITHIN 3 – 5 WORKING DAYS FROM DISPATCH – PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.

If you are out a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange collection yourself. If you fail to collect your item within the required time, it will be returned to us and can re-dispatched at your cost after arranging.

Please note that during busy periods there may be a slight delay. In any cases of this we will inform you via email. If you have not received your item within 10 days, please email us at: info@thatthing.co

RETURNS

We accept returns for a refund or exchange on any item excluding pierced jewellery, underwear garments or SALE ITEMS.

To return an item simply post it back with the item within 14 days (UK) of receipt of goods. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS.

All returned items will be thoroughly checked and must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition in which they were sold with all tags still attached. Do not remove tags before trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have had the tags cut off or re-attached. Any item’s received not in their original condition will be sent back to you.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received after the stated return time period or if the item is not in its original condition. Please note that our all our vintage items are pre-loved so may show signs of age. In all circumstances we have attempted to best describe the condition of our vintage items within the item description. Any items returned for faults that are clearly stated within the item description will not be refunded. We maintain detailed photos of all our vintage items and inspect each item carefully so please be aware.

All items must be posted back Recorded Delivery. We hold no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.

Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to PAYPAL For the amount of your item order minus postage costs. Please note that returns can take up to 5 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once we have received your item to keep you informed as to what’s happening with your refund.

Please note that in all cases the initial delivery charges will not be refunded unless the order was cancelled by us, or the item is faulty, in which case you will receive a full refund.
